1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Legal AI Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Legal AI Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Legal AI Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept all responsibility for any activities that occur under your account

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Legal AI Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate legal documents and provide legal information. Please note:

• AI-generated content should not be considered legal advice
• All generated documents should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• Users are responsible for verifying all information before use

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Document content for AI training and service improvement
• Usage analytics to enhance user experience
• Contact information for service communications

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity
• Violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Legal AI Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Legal AI Platform, even if Legal AI Platform or a Legal AI Platform authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
